Coronavirus (COVID-19) Customer Update

The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our number one priority and we continue to closely follow guidance from the Government, Public Health England and the HSE.

Following Government guidelines that came into effect on Wednesday 13th May 2020 relating to the property industry, we are pleased to announce that our sites are now open for viewings.

We have done our very best to introduce measures to safeguard all visitors and staff within our organisation and on site. If a visit is being arranged to one of our developments, we will, to the best of our ability, ensure that all individuals are safe on our premises. In addition to ensuring that all show homes and apartments are clean, we are paying greater attention to all handles and doors as well as any other points of contact. All our Sales Representatives will be adhering to a 2-metre distance and hand sanitisers will be provided at all entrances. However, if some visitors do not feel comfortable with being in close proximity to our Sales Representatives, an unaccompanied tour of the property can be arranged prior to the visit and we will be pleased to accommodate this request.

New and existing customers can continue to contact us by telephone, email or through our websites. We are constantly looking at new ways to interact with our customers during these rapidly changing times. This includes offering telephone and video appointments from the point of registering interest through to reservation and throughout the entire sales processs.

Our Sales Representatives continue to be available online and over the phone to answer any questions, or, to provide you with further information. We are also providing virtual viewings of our developments on request.

Construction works will commence in a planned and measured way and all tasks will be undertaken in accordance with safety guidelines, increasing steadily over time with well-planned operating procedures.

In line with our commitment to put our customers first, we will be prioritising the completion of homes for our existing customers who have exchanged contracts or placed reservations with us.
