Previously a skeleton of an abandoned building project, we purchased this site with a view to bringing to Harrow its first mixed-use development comprising of 24 apartments and 12,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor.
The flats were sold in a very short space of time, and the commercial unit was initially let to MFI and is now occupied by Carpet Rite.
The development has retained its high value since first being occupied over ten years ago due to its centralised location in Harrow and the innovative way in which it has been developed.
