Windrose Point


Located behind 37/41 Church Road, off Pynnacles Close at the western end of Stanmore District Centre, the site encompasses approximately 0.125ha comprising Compass House, which is a vacant office building with associated parking/hard surfacing.

Full detailed Planning Permission was granted on the associated parking/hard surfacing area on the north-east side of the site in October 2018. This includes a new build, detached, 3-storey mixed-use building that will provide approximately 300m² open plan, B1/D1 space on the first and second floors, and 2×2 – bed apartments on the top floor which will be approximately 70m² in size.

Construction commenced on site towards the end of 2019.
