We have an on-going requirement for land, with or without planning consent. Our dedicated Land department will consider high-risk acquisitions which include brownfield and other contaminated sites, conservation restricted developments and limited access sites.

There are many key stages involved in the development of land, from initial acquisition through planning, design, construction and finally marketing and selling the development.

This is by consulting with various stakeholders to ensure that their opinions and concerns are taken into consideration; and aim to find intelligent and innovative solutions appropriate to the needs of the community. We also work closely with local authorities and form close working partnerships with commercial and residential agents.
