This was initially a skeleton of an abandoned building project which had planning permission for either a hotel, offices, residential or retail. We increased the density of the building by 15%, and brought to Harrow, its first mixed-use development comprising 24 flats including one penthouse, and 12,000 sq ft of retail. A revolutionary car ‘stacking’ system was built in the basement which provided onsite parking for the development.
In a competition run by the local newspaper, our Bluepoint development was voted as the “most improved local site” by the local residents of Harrow. The apartments have continued to maintain their high value since first being sold over ten years ago due to their location in the centre of Harrow, and the innovative way in which they have been developed.
