Carmine Court

Rayners Lane, Harrow

Carmine Court is a mixed-use development comprising 33 studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments together with 4866 sq. ft. commercial space on the ground floor.

Construction began in March 2013 and took up to 14 months to complete. Planning Permission was initially approved for 31 apartments, which were all sold within a very short space of time. Due to the unprecedented demand, we returned to planning a year later and secured permission for an additional 2 apartments with exclusive top floor access, which were also sold soon after construction was complete.

The site sits within the car park of the former “Rayners” public house. The pub was refurbished in keeping with its original style and character which was previously a well-known and popular haunt for local residents for many years. The pub was eventually sold to an educational facility in Spring 2016.

Carmine Court was nominated for ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ at the West London Business Awards 2013.
