This development of 33 apartments started construction at the end of March 2013 and took up to 14 months to complete. A mixed use development comprising 33 studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments together with 4866 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor. The site sits in the car park of the former “Rayners” public house. The pub was refurbished in keeping with its original style and character which was previously a well-known and popular haunt for local residents for many years. The pub was eventually sold to an educational facility in Spring 2016.
