Our large development of 10 acres based on the site of a former gasworks power station, has previously been identified by the local council as being critical to the successful growth and economic prosperity of Ashford.
In a prime location on the southern edge of Ashford’s historic town centre and bordered to the south by the river Stour and the green open spaces of Victoria Park, we have obtained planning for 1014 residential units plus 120,000 sq ft of retail space.
