Michael is an experienced house builder, project manager and property developer who has been involved in the construction industry since the late 1970’s.

Michael boasts a remarkable record of achievement throughout the industry and has an impressive reputation for quality, reliability and innovation. This is illustrated through his commitment to manage and deliver a variety of high-quality schemes, ranging from small to large housing developments and very complex commercial projects.

Ameeta is responsible for the overall delivery of Sales and Marketing for the company. She works closely with the Project Management team to agree internal specifications and finish to each project. She also appoints and manages Managing Agents, and contractors post completion of each development as well as all sales personnel and external sales agents. This also includes agreeing and issuing all leases and Sales contracts and managing the process through to completion.

Shahleena manages all aspects of the company’s Marketing and is responsible for strategising and executing all activities which include but are not limited to, direct marketing, websites, advertising, managing creative agencies and suppliers, social media, online marketing, events, and PR.

George is responsible for the day-to-day management of existing sites which includes but is not limited to, obtaining Planning Permission and managing the construction process. Alongside the Director of Development, George looks for new sites and acquisition opportunities, and carries out initial viability assessments of new sites in order to present viable opportunities to Directors.

Liora has been with the Company since its inception, looking after the financial affairs of the business and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Manu is an experienced accountant who works with us once a week and assists with the preparation of accounts for Michael Shwartz Group, and all our affiliated companies.

Przemek assists on all Michael Shwartz Group sites supporting the team with construction, procurement and liaison with sub-contractors to ensure that all works carried out are in line with the Site Manager’s requirements.

Declan manages all aspects of the construction process for the Michael Shwartz Group, from the preparation and administration of construction tenders, project budgets and construction programmes for the company’s largest development to date, Ashlin Quarter in Kent. Declan also manages the procurement of all contracts and the construction management of works on site.

Phil is responsible for project management and delivery of all development sites which includes but is not limited to, overseeing planners, architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers with assistance from the Development Manager. He also identifies new business opportunities for the Company and works closely with the Managing Director on land acquisition through to planning, design and construction.

André is responsible for the day to day site management of many of our properties in London. He liaises with subcontractors and various suppliers as well as procuring materials as required by site personnel. André is also the after-sales contact for new residents and is responsible for the coordination of all repair work ensuring this is completed accordingly.

Jonathan assists the Project Management team with managing the day to day activities of our various sites. This includes but is not limited to, instructing and overseeing sub-contractors and assisting with the management of the company’s rented commercial properties.

Randeep supervises the day to day construction of our largescale development Ashlin Quarter in Kent alongside the Project Manager. Randeep is responsible for liaising with the Project Management team, programming in works and collaborating with contractors to ensure the project lifecycle runs smoothly. She also manages purchasing, quality control, and health and safety on-site.
