Our brief was to totally refurbish and renovate the new headquarters of the two recently merged companies covering around 35,000 sq ft which included office and warehouse space. The project was complicated by the fact that the business operation had to continue and our refurbishment work had to take place around the business activity. We were able to accommodate the client’s requirements and delivered high quality offices and state of the art warehouse space.

A hostel located in Central London, is the site of a Grade II listed building of 132 rooms. We project managed the refurbishment and modernisation of the building which was ultimately designated for short term accommodation for social rent. The careful reinstatement of this listed building brought its own challenges and given the ultimate designation of the use for the property, placed considerable strain on the budget. The project was delivered to the client’s satisfaction, on budget and by the agreed deadline. This development was eventually sold on to an offshore company, Eaglemate Ltd
