We were retained as Project Managers, to oversee the refurbishment of this derelict, listed building. We modernised the building internally but still ensured that it was in keeping with the original charm of the building. An extension was also created at the back of the site to create extra room for residents. The developer of the site, Findon Holdings, sold all 15 flats successfully on completion.

Didsbury, Manchester

In the back garden of a very prominent large house, a planning application for 13 flats was refused but subsequently permission was granted for 2 detached houses in 2012.The main house was sold with planning permission to an individual purchaser for development.

We were able to achieve full planning consent for 32 residential units with parking. Once achieved, the land was sold with planning to a local developer, Matrix. The building has now been constructed and is in the process of being sold.

Planning was granted for this former garage site, for the construction of 34 residential units and was then sold on to a developer, Kanbi & Sons.

Michael Shwartz was the developer and housebuilder for this large neighbourhood, Chestnut Gardens. It included the construction of six buildings that were 22 storeys high with 66 flats in each building. The approximate size of the flats is 160 sq m in size plus each building has 2 penthouses at the top of each building. Each building was designed to a high specification, constructed out of marble with plenty of green space as well as a playground for children. Each apartment also has the benefit of two car parking spaces each. All relevant infrastructures were also included within the neighbourhood
