Rooks Corner is an area of surplus land from the neighbouring Bridge Court development for which we originally obtained planning permission for B1 space of 2,500 sq. ft. However, due to an oversupply of empty office space in the area, we decided to return to Harrow Council and asked them to reconsider the use of land to residential, which was then accepted.
Construction commenced in early 2015 with the building complete and all apartments sold by the end of the year. Both commercial units were sold to an individual purchaser in April 2018.
