Located behind Church Road, off Pynnacles Close at the west end of Stanmore District Centre, the site encompasses approximately 0.125 ha comprising Compass House, which was previously a vacant office building subsequently converted into 16 self-contained apartments with associated parking/hard surfacing.

Full detailed Planning Permission was granted on the associated parking/hard surfacing area on the north-east side of the site in October 2018.
