Carmine Court, was nominated for ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ at the West London Business Awards 2013.
As the flagship development under the re-branded Michael Shwartz Group, we are delighted that this nomination recognised our creative and innovative presentation of Carmine Court to the market. Within a very short space of time, we sold almost the entire development through a variety of coordinated, cost-effective and targeted marketing activities within the local area.
Our aim was not only to increase the brand awareness and recognition of Michael Shwartz Group, but, to pre-sell 10% of Carmine Court within 6 months. We subsequently reserved 70% of our apartments within 4 months of release to the market. The sales process was strongly supported by the different mediums we used to promote Carmine Court to the local community of Rayners Lane.
